In order for me to provide the best care for your pet, a no-charge “Meet and Greet” session is required. This allows me the opportunity to meet you in person and to get familiarized with your pet and their routines. I prefer to do this a week in advance of the scheduled care, but I understand situations arise that will call for a short notice.
I prefer to keep clients keys on file to simplify arrangements for future visits. However, if you would like for me to return your key personally, I can, but there will be a fee of $6. In the best interest of the pets, I do not prefer to leave the key locked in the house or under the doormat. I feel this is unsafe for your property and if you are not able to return home on time, then I will still be able to care for your pet.
